Hello I'm Joanna,
sensitive yoga teacher, pioneer of the new age, retreat designer, a fairy at heart and at home in the world.
My mission is to create creative, empathetic, transformative and heart-centered spaces for healing and development. I accompany you in using your sensitive power as a superpower to get even more deeply in touch with yourself and your energy - to finally actually follow the quiet whisper of your soul and heart's voice and enjoy your life to the fullest.
My journey
Deep down inside I always felt that more was possible in life. That something fundamental was missing in the way I lived my life.
For a long time I adapted and did what was expected of me, consciously and unconsciously. My feelings and deep desires had no place in this world. By working and being busy I avoided silence and my inner voice. My fears and uncertainty about what would emerge there were too great.
​ Only when my body started to speak loudly and several pillars in my life collapsed at the same time did I dare to leave everything familiar behind.
I quit my well-paid job in a corporation and traveled to Africa to let go of everything I knew to rediscover myself. This trip was a process of exploring what impulses actually come from me when everything outside falls away.

My Mission
In recent years I have continued this journey not only externally but also internally. I have connected more and more with my body, my voice and my soul. I have trained as a yoga teacher, in energy healing, dance and meditation and have started to uncover my creative potential more and more.
I realized that only when I courageously face the things I try to avoid can I fully take my place.
Today, it is my pleasure to help other people who are similarly sensitive and delicate. People who want to be connected to their soul and actively live and embody this connection.
